Compassion & Choices is teaming up with the Connecticut Death Collective to recognize National Healthcare Decisions Day with a collaborative event — and we hope you can make it! \nJoin us from 6:00PM – 8:00PM EST at Red Rock Tavern in Hartford (369 Capitol Ave\, Hartford\, CT 06106) on April 16th to share a meal\, meaningful conversation\, and free resources related to end of life planning.
