This Halloween season, beware the dead hand! “Dead hand control” is a real legal term for our ability to control our property from beyond the grave. On October 23, join writer and death doula Becky Robison for a spoooooky estate law overview. What’s the difference between wills and trusts? What happens if you don’t have a will? How can you make one? Knowledge is a great way to overcome your fear.
