    Ma's House is pleased to present Reclaiming Death — Art | Ritual | Advocacy, a group exhibition featuring 20 artists expressing personal and cultural connections to end-of-life practices. And as long as people have died, artists have played an integral role in creating cultural death practices.     When you have a dead mom, Mother’s Day can be a bummer. That’s why this year, I’m teaming up with Louisville’s own Gore Club to celebrate DEAD MOTHER’S DAY on May 3! We’ll be showing three horror classics featuring dead moms: The Final Girls (2015), Hereditary (2018), and Psycho (1960). Plus, Butcher Cabin Books will be there to sell copies of "My Parents Are Dead: What Now? A Panic-Free Guide to the Practicalities of Death" and other spooky tomes. See you at the movies!
