This gathering creates a gentle, boundaried container for collective grief in the wake of the holidays– a time that often magnifies loss, longing, & complicated emotions. Together, we will honor grief without pathologizing it, & joy without guilt, recognizing that both can coexist in the same body, breath, & moment.
